Coaching Apprentices

Tech Apprenticeships are “earn-and-learn” jobs that combine learning while paid for on-the-job training experiences. These high paying positions can be difficult for seasoned and established BIPOC workers, it becomes even more of a challenge for someone with an untraditional background. Coaching has shown to mitigate such challenges.

LEadership Development coaching

Teaching new and relevant soft skills to apprentices, intern, co-ops, entry-level employees to become better at working with others. The focus is primary in developing a high level of emotional intelligence.

performance coaching

This can be an effective way to help employees reach their full potential and contribute more to their organization. It can also help to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention.

Success coaching

We help people achieve their goals in life.This is a collaborative process between a coach and the apprentice, where we help identify long and short term goals, develop a plan to achieve them, and overcome any barriers that may stand in the way.

Mental health coaching

We focus on supporting and improve an apprentice’s mental well-being, overcome mental health challenges, and enhance their overall quality of life. We’ll develop coping strategies to manage stress and to build resilience.

Train-the-trainer

This involves us working with managers and supervisors to design and deliver effective training programs, facilitate learning, and assess training outcomes.

Our Coaching Process

Initial Consultation and Assessment:

Schedule an initial meeting with the you to understand your needs and goals and conduct a comprehensive assessment to gather relevant information about the client’s current situation, challenges, and desired outcomes.

Goal Setting and Action Planning:

Collaborate with the you to define clear and achievable goals based on the assessment findings.

Implementation and Support:

Support you in implementing the action plan by providing guidance, resources, and expertise.

Skill Development and Training:

Identify the specific skills or knowledge areas that need to be developed to achieve the goals. Then, design tailored training sessions or workshops to enhance those skills.

Feedback and Evaluation:

We’ll conduct periodic evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the coaching or consulting process.

Closure and Follow-up:

Once you’ve achieved your goals or completed the agreed-upon coaching, we’ll review the accomplishments and celebrate your success!

Proven Success

The Numbers Don’t Lie

In terms of financial outcomes, a survey conducted by the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2020 found that 82% of clients reported they had improved their ability to set and achieve goals, while 78% said they had increased their confidence in their ability to achieve their goals. While the survey does not explicitly mention revenue increases, these factors can contribute to improved financial performance.
